Green living and sustainability are priorities for Prestige Somerville. To reduce its negative effect on the environment, the project uses a number of eco-friendly feature and procedures. A few instances of the project's dedication to sustainability are the usage of rainwater harvesting systems, energy-efficient lighting, and waste management techniques.
