The check-in procedure was swift, with many counters open and friendly employees on hand to help. The personnel ensured that the process went smoothly and security was well organized. Everything looked immaculate, and there were lots of cozy places to sit. The terminal's design and cleanliness really impressed me. Highlights included free Wi-Fi, lots of charging stations, and a selection of culinary options, including some traditional Korean fare, to suit all palates. With pleasant staff assistance and clear announcements, boarding went well. Overall, I had a simple and pleasurable trip when I flew with Aeromexico at ICN!
